Arrivals
All our services are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request that you be on time. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the exclusive facilities. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.

Cancellations
Please allow five hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments. No-shows will be charged 50 percent of the treatment cost.

Please complete our consultation form and inform us of any allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.

Jewelry & Value
We recommend that no jewelry be worn to the spa. Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables brought onto the spa premises.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time.

Children´s policy
A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16 for the duration of their visit.

Spa Amenities
Upon arrival, you will be provided with a bathrobe and sandals as well as a locker for your clothing and personal belongings. You will also find soft cotton towels throughout the spa area.

You can find additional spa amenities in our locker areas such as deodorant, mouthwash, and hair styling products. Discreet disposable underwear is provided for total body treatments.

Spa Facilities
Our facilities are open daily from 9am-7pm . The cost is $49 plus 16% tax for Solmar Hotels & Resorts guests. 

Facilities include a seawater pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and relaxation areas. However, we will always attempt to accommodate in-house guests that require a treatment outside of these hours for an additional fee. Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration to other spa guests, please do not use mobile phones. All areas are non- smoking. We recommend scheduling treatments in advance to ensure availability and preferred appointment times.

Groups
Please note that pre-booking a minimum of seven days in advance is necessary for all treatments. Four or more guests are considered a group. Cancellations must be made a minimum of four days prior to appointments. Cancellations made within 96 hours of treatments or no arrival on the day will incur full cancellation charges. Credit card details are required to guarantee treatment bookings. Full payment for group bookings must be made upon confirmation of booking. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointments. Late arrivals will be finished within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged.

Prices & Tax
Spa services and home care products are subject to 16% tax. Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept VISA and MC. We do not accept cash. No cash refunds. Hotel credit only.
